Delivery and pickup policies

📌 Order rhythm and delivery schedule

• Orders placed no later than Monday will be delivered or available for pickup on Wednesday of the same week.
• Orders placed from Tuesday onwards will be delivered on Wednesday of the following week.

✅ Home delivery

• Home deliveries take place on Wednesdays from 4 pm to 8 pm .
• A more precise delivery time will be announced the evening before.

✅ Pick up from store

• You cannot purchase products directly from the store, but pickup is only possible for pre-orders.
• Pick-up is possible on Wednesdays between 4 pm and 8 pm , once you have received notification that your order is ready.

📢 Note! Pre-ordering for a longer period of time is not possible - deliveries and pickups proceed on a weekly basis.
