Aita's customers
Our online store serves adult individuals and companies on a case-by-case basis, as well as associations in Finland. By registering with your first order at www.aitta.shop, you become a customer of our online store.
By placing an order, you confirm that you accept our terms and conditions of order and delivery as well as our privacy policy. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email.
Ordering (change)
The Aitta.shop website will deliver its products to Päijät-Häme for the time being. Products are purchased through the website at aitta.shop and purchasing requires a valid email address.
All purchases are confirmed by email, which confirms the prices of the purchased products, shipping costs and products. Confirmation is only sent if the customer has provided a valid email address when ordering.
The customer can choose a delivery location, such as home or work. Since the ordered products may be food, it is recommended that the customer is present to receive the delivery. If the recipient is not present at the agreed time, the delivery can be left at the door or in its immediate vicinity based on additional information. To ensure shelf life, it is a good idea to move food products to the refrigerator immediately after delivery.
When purchasing, the customer agrees to accept the current delivery terms and conditions.
Payment
Products purchased in the online store and shipping costs are paid for at the time of ordering. Payment is possible in the following ways:

You can pay in online banking at the following banks: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, S-Pankki, Savings Bank, Aktia, POP Bank, Oma Savings Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken.
Mobile payment methods
Payment can be made with MobilePay or Siirro.
Payment cards
We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Eurocard and American Express.
Online banking, mobile payments and invoice/account credit are processed through Paytrail Oyj's payment service. Card payments are processed through the Shopify Payments service.
Deliveries
Delivery time
Delivery times are affected by region, zip code and time of order. Delivery dates may vary by location and delivery method selected.

When you make a purchase at Aitta.shop, you agree to receive your order on the delivery date. Please note that the exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Public holidays may affect deliveries and cause delays. Shipments are not delivered on weekends or public holidays. High demand may also affect delivery times.
Errors in delivery and products
The customer must check upon receipt that all products are correct.
Aitta Goods Oy is responsible for product and delivery errors according to Chapter 5 of the Consumer Protection Act. If the products are incorrect, do not match your order, or the delivery is incomplete or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service immediately.
If there are problems with the delivery or the products are faulty, we will rectify the situation. We will replace the faulty products, or if this is not possible, we will refund the amount due without unnecessary delay. If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to customer service.
Returns and options
There is no right to exchange or return products from the Aitta.shop online store. If the delivery does not match the order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
According to Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of cancellation does not apply to distance selling of food products, nor does it apply to orders placed by business customers.
Customer obligations and responsibilities
When placing an order, it is important to take into account that the delivery includes food products, to ensure their shelf life, it is recommended to be present to receive the order at the agreed time. If the recipient cannot be reached during delivery, the order may be left at the delivery address, for example at the door. To maintain the quality of the products, we recommend that you move them to the refrigerator immediately after delivery.
Aitta Goods Oy is responsible for the delivery of the products until the delivery is received. The customer must ensure that the delivery is received at the agreed time. This ensures that the products are preserved in the best possible way.
After receipt, the customer is responsible for the storage and handling of the products.
If the delivery has to be cancelled due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, such as an incorrect address or door code, Aitta Goods Oy reserves the right to charge the full price of the order. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information is always up-to-date and contains all necessary information, such as possible door codes and other delivery details. If the delivery is not successful due to incorrect information, the customer is responsible for the cancellation and the associated costs.
Terms and Conditions Update and Privacy Policy
Aitta Goods Oy reserves the right to update its order and delivery terms and conditions. The customer must familiarize themselves with the current terms and conditions before placing an order.
All customer information is treated strictly confidentially and Aitta Goods Oy undertakes not to disclose customer information to third parties.
